Joel and Colt went to Mole Game Park for a father/son trip. It was nice for them to get away and they saw a lot of elephants while there. They also enjoyed the pool each day. We girls enjoyed our time at home with creature comforts like running water, too! (The game park has a hotel room with a/c but no running water.)
We are wrapping up the school year and looking forward to putting the school books away for the summer. Colt and I will be ready for school to be out, anyway. Now, Abigail is still loving each moment of school. And Annaleigh wants to do more school like sister does.
I told Joel today that growing up, as Abigail does, with someone repeating everything you say and do must be very confidence-building! Annaleigh so looks up to Abigail and loves being with her.
I went to Gambaga to visit the ladies again Friday and will head back there this coming week, as well. They are really enjoying hearing the continued story of Joseph. There is so much in that story that they can identify with. We are finally at the part where Joseph becomes head over Egypt. I'm happy to let them now see the Lord really blessing him for his loyalty and continued faith.
