Musical

In March, our homeschool co-op group (MK Camp) did the musical "Acorns to Oaks."  The kids did so well.  Thanks to Christina Riddle for all her hard work in directing the kids.

Meet the Corams!

This is half of the Coram family, along with two Ghanian children with them.  (Too far away to see which two children.)  Michael and Julie have come to Nalerigu along with their two children, Taylor and Noah, for a year to help with the guest house.  Pictured above are Julie and Noah on top of a rock they just climbed.  We are blessed to have them with us at BMC.

David and Valerie Federwitz and Kids!

The Federwitz Family is on furlough right now and we miss seeing them a lot.  They are a blessing to us. We originally met them when we visited Nalerigu in 2006 and have enjoyed them ever since!  We want them to have a great time while they are home.

We are sad to say Jimmy and Sylvia are now gone from Ghana.  We miss them lots.  We know it was time for them to move to the next season of their lives.  It doesn't mean we can't miss 'em, though!  Thanks again for all your help over the years.  We'll see you in Texas!  Happy Retirement!

Getaway in January-Joel and I were able to get away to Accra and Cape Coast in January, thanks to Mona offering to have our kids.  It was wonderful to have that time.  We were able to enjoy time with Jimmy and Sylvia Huey (who retired in April), as well as go to Cape Coast where we had not been before this trip.  We stayed at Coconut Grove.  We walked on the beach, found a good place to eat, but mostly just enjoyed relaxing.  We appreciated so much what the Gibbs, Hewitts, and Baby did for us so we could be gone.
